How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of fastuss (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Dosyć duża i ciężka kostka/stacja ładująca - ale z fajnymi opcjami - w sumie nie mogę stwierdzić czy rzeczywiście moc jest 140W (póki co żadne z moich urządzeń nie pobrało więcej niż 60W ale 16" MacBook Pro się ładuje bez problemu) jednak ładuje stabilnie i nie ma specjalnie się do czego przyczepić - lekko się nagrzewa - polecam. ____ It’s a pretty big and heavy power brick/charging station—but it has some cool features—though I can’t really tell if the power output is actually 140W (so far, none of my devices has drawn more than 60W, but the 16" MacBook Pro charges without any issues) however, it charges steadily and there’s really nothing to complain about—it gets a little warm—I recommend it.

Работает как заявлено, 420w конечно не выдаёт, но я и не расчитывал, главное что 140+100 одновременно есть , остальные порты при этом падают до 22-60w, был приятно удивлён что на портах А выдаёт реально 2 по 60w

Awesome thingy, using it to keep up my laptop farm. Also, Samsung phones does charge via super fast charging. I wish there would be more info that button to charge screen is on the top. Also one of the modes are "screen off", which is nice touch for night.

용량도 마음에 들고 Display에 정보를 볼 수 있어서도 마음에 듭니다만... 가장 마음에 드는 것은 전력 재분배가 없다는 것이 가장 마음에 듭니다. 보통의 충전기들은 전력 재분배를 하며 이는 기기를 하나 꼽거나 뽑을 때 다른 포트들이 다 전력이 나갔다 들어와서 아쉬운 상황이 많았는데 이 제품은 그런게 없이 아무때나 꼽거나 뽑아도 다른 장치에 영향을 주지 않습니다. 보통은 고급 기종들에게 있는 기능인데 이 제품은 그 기능이 있어서 좋네요.

Отлично, то что хотел. В порт С3 миникомп, При подключении паяльника 140W в С1, телефона в С6 и часов в обычный USB - миникомп не вырубается. Это ключевой для меня момент. Все мощности, на удивление соответствуют заявленным. Пульсации минимальны на всех портах. Вобщем только один вопрос, почему так дешево, при этих характеристиках.
제가 첫번째 리뷰어군요. 구매 이유는 다른 충전기도 많지만, 일단 디스플레이가 마음에 들었고, 눈으로 전력량을 바로 체크 할 수 있어 좋습니다. 각각의 포트 100W충전 확인했고, 45W기기 4대 동시에 PPS2.0 초고속 충전지원을 확인 했습니다. 각각의 C포트는 단일사용시, 설명과 일치하며 C1, C2를 사용중에 C3, C4, C5, C6을 교차하면서 충전해 보았지만, 전력 재분배가 없었으며, C3과 C4는 C5와 C6과 함께 전력을 공유하는것 같아보입니다. A포트와 모든포트 동시충전 확인전이며, 샤오미 기기가 없어 60W를 확인하지 못했습니다. 기기의 밑면에는 미끄럼 방지고무가 좌측과 우측에있고, 무게는 652g정도여서 휴대하기는 무거워 보입니다. 디스플레이는 4가지 화면과 1가지의 대기화면이 있습니다. 필요시 화면을 끌수있습니다. 디자인은 아주 세련되고 이쁘네요. 일단은 아주 만족합니다. 더 사용해보고, 140W충전 여부와 다중충전 후기를 남겨 보도록 하겠습니다.
