How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of fastuss (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

18650밧데리 2200mAhX21 개 장착 과정에서 한 두개 배터리가 단자 바르게 끼웠음에도 - 스프링 단자 접촉 연결부에 뜨거운 발열이 생기는 증상이 생겼는데 이게 내부 회로에 문제가 생긴 것은 아닌 지 모르겠어요. 빨리 빼서 식히고 다시 끼워는데 작동은 했습니다. 그리고 LED램프 , PD충전도 정상이고 기타 USB 단자 두 개도 작동 확인했습니다. 그런데 미닫이식 케이스 커버가 좀 안좋습니다. 차라리 십자 나사로 조이고 장착했더라면 좋았을 걸 하는 아쉬움도 생기네요. 21개나 되는 밧대리를 담아 보니 완전히 크기가 벽돌 수준이고 해서 캠핑내지 차박에 사용 권장 드립니다. 만족은 60% 정도입니다. 남는 밧데리 사용하려고 구매한 건데 지금 18650 밧데리 4개 짜리, 12개 짜리 두 개 . 21700용 밧데리 두 개 짜리. 1개 짜리. 구매했는데 12개짜리 하나는 고속 충전도 안되고 PD충전도 안되고 1.0a 밖에 안되어서 반품. 물건 반품 않고 그냥 환불 처리해줫어요 또 21700 한 개 넣는 케이스도 주문 중, 그럭 저럭 취미로 밧데리 재활용으로 구매 조립 사용합니다.

в целом нормальный бокс, рабочий по всемзаявленным параметрам параметрам, только не испытывал 12v, через type c заряжается бистро, на micro очень долго. заправил 21 аккумулятор по 3000mAH, роутер на 9v при нагрузке по кабелю 3-х подключений + 4-е по вайфай, сутки держит с разрядом до 60%(-/+). Быстрая зарядка работает, Минус - не точная отливка корпуса нижней части, если поставить на ровную поверхность выходомами вверх то он немного шатается, нужно слегка подпилить, но это единственное из замеченныхиз минусов.

A litle bit heavy with batteries works perfekt all the way of charging but i think can also better impruved with balancer between every cell for more lifetime and safety.
