How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of fastuss (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Controle bem construído e os botões são precisos. Se você tem mãos grandes, necessita de uma boa adaptação, eu tenho mãos normais pra uma pessoa de 1,80m e achei um pouco difícil em alguns jogos. Tenho jogado GOW de PSP e tenho me saído bem com esse controle, mas depois de 1 hora de jogatina, meus dedos anelar e mindinho começam a ficarem dormentes.
Quality is what you expect from a device of this price but it isn’t bad. Honestly it’s a steal if you get it on sale like I did. Best to use without a case. Also if you plan to use this for emulation like I am when pairing Hold X + Home instead of A
Us buyer here. This controller has android, xbox, pc windows, and other compatiblity. I use it with moonlight and pc streaming. It works flawlessly. I got a few hours into my games. No problem. Good battery. Cool phone cooling feature built it too
This controller was better than I expected! I was expecting just a cool android controller that I could used for cloud gaming for my phone, but this is also a Nintendo switch and PC controller as well! I tested both and they work great! It also fits my phone perfectly, is comfortable to hold, and it looks great. If you use it on switch, do take note that the button order is not switch, it's xbox. If you're used to joycons, it's gonna take some practice not getting your buttons mixed up. It also came with extra swap-able sticks in black which was cool! I will say the haptics are garbage (though it is cool that it's adjustable), the sticks can "stick" if you put them in the right place, and the fan requires it's own power source but I'm not docking points for that since that's not where my expectations lie. It's worth the price y'all.
pairing it with the proper settings to emulate the controller type I needed was a pain. and i5mt is also REALLY ridiculous that the fan has to be powered via USB. defeats the purpose of portability. I don't care much about the fan though, wasn't a selling point for me. otherwise this thing is great for the price. would definitely recommend.

works surprisingly well, connected very easy to my phone. though the multiple methods of connection with a single device was a little confusing that was just user error on my part. the app they ask you to download for certain games without controller support is easy enough to understand and use when playing simpler games.
This might be one of the best "bang for your buck" choices for mobile phone gaming controllers. It comes packed with features and the option to use the cooling fan is an added bonus. The buttons, triggers and sticks all feel nice. If you're looking for a budget option for your phone, this might be your best choice.

this Controller is absolutely great
Used it on Android now and it works very well. It is quite ergonomic and not too big and work for a big smartphone (without case) or a Switch. The documentation is well done and really useful to be able to connect correctly.
